Engine – Engine block and cylinder head(s) (excluding damage caused by overheating regardless of cause), all internally lubricated parts including: crankshaft and main bearings, camshaft and bearings, connecting rods and bearings, timing chain(s)/timing belts and their gears and tensioners, valve lifters and pushrods, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs and retainers, valve guides, valve covers, pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, rocker arm assemblies, oil pump and water pump. Excluding: diesel fuel injection systems.
Transmission – (Automatic/Standard/FWD/RWD) Transmission case (when damaged from within), all internal parts, torque converter, modulator valve, and solenoid packs. Excluding: all manual clutch components, external linkages, flexplates, and flywheels.
Transfer Case – (4WD/AWD) Transfer case housing (when damaged from within) and all internal parts.
Differential– Front and/or rear differential housings (when damaged from within), all internal parts. Excluding: 4WD locking hubs.
Turbo/Supercharger– Housing (when damaged from within) and all internal parts.
Seals and Gaskets– All those used to contain fluids/lubricants within the covered parts. “Seeping” or “sweating” is not covered as this is considered normal and acceptable.
Air Conditioning– Compressor & clutch, condenser, evaporator, and their seals and gaskets.
Eletrical – Starter motor and solenoid, alternator, and voltage regulator.
Towing– You will be reimbursed for receipted towing expenses of up to $60 per covered claim.
Roadside Assistance – You will be reimbursed up to $60 per occurrence for the following services: Fuel Delivery (excluding the cost of fuel), Battery Boost, Lockout Services (excluding locksmith costs), Tire Change and Winching Services. This coverage applies to the registered vehicle and anyone driving it. Coverage is limited to a maximum of 3 (three) service calls. All services listed expire at the time of policy expiration. Please contact a local service facility of your choice to arrange for assistance. Forward the original receipt to Lubrico within 60 days of occurrence in order to receive reimbursement. Please include your policy number, the date of occurrence, vehicle year, make and model and the odometer reading at the time of occurrence. Coverage is subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the policy.
Breakdown Away From Home– You will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $150 per claim for expenses incurred if a covered component fails while traveling. Eligible expenses include the cost of hotel rooms, bus fare, taxis, train or airfare. Lubrico will pay if the following conditions apply: you are at least 300km (180 miles) from your residence at the time of breakdown, the labour time allocated by a current recognized professional Labour Guide exceeds 8 hours and requires that your vehicle is kept in the shop overnight. Valid receipts are required for reimbursement.

Limits of Liability
Limits Of Liability - Our per claim liability under this policy shall be $3000 or half of the purchase price of the vehicle, whichever is less.
The total maximum liability under this policy shall be no greater than the purchase price of the vehicle (excluding taxes) All liability limits described are above are based on Canadian funds.
Lubrico Warranty Inc. is pleased to give our customers first-day coverage – it takes effect the day you purchase your vehicle!
Most of our warranty programs are both transferable to a new owner of the covered vehicle, and renewable for a further term provided the vehicle is still eligible for coverage. To find out more specific information, please contact our Sales Department at 1-800-668-3331.
Every Lubrico Warranty is fully insured by Northbridge General Insurance Corporation, a subsidiary of Northbridge Financial Corporation. This simply means that, in the unlikely event that Lubrico Warranty Inc. is unable to fulfill its obligations under the Terms and Conditions of the contract, every contract would be honoured by Northbridge General. While this is not required in most provinces, it is something Lubrico Warranty Inc. has voluntarily implemented for added “peace of mind” for both consumers and dealers.
Manual for my vehicle has a different interval?
If you require repairs to your vehicle that are covered by your Lubrico Warranty, our Claims Department (1-800-265-1510) will refer you to an Authorized Repair Centre in your area. If the repairs are not covered by your plan, or if you require regular maintenance or servicing (e.g. oil change, tune-up), you may take your vehicle to the repair centre of your choice.
Lubrico Warranty Inc. offers various types of programs providing different levels of coverage. Consult with your Authorized Selling Dealer to determine which programs are available on the vehicle you are purchasing/leasing. For detailed parts coverage, we suggest that you read the “Coverage” section on the back of your warranty application; this outlines in detail parts that are covered, as well as other details such as the deductible, how to make a claim, and things that are expressly not covered by the plan. At the time of purchase, you should be given a copy of the application for coverage which contains important information in case you need to contact Lubrico. You should receive documents from Lubrico within approximately twenty-one (21) days of purchase. This package contains a processed copy of the application, confirming the type and term of coverage in place, as well as a Welcoming Letter and a folder for your oil change records. If you have not received this information from Lubrico within the 21-day period, contact both Lubrico and your Selling Dealer immediately.
Our Roadside Assistance is reimbursement-based. We do not dispatch a service vehicle, since it is often faster for you to contact someone local to you. After you have obtained service covered under our Roadside Assistance (winching, gas delivery, lockout service etc.), please contact our office to arrange for the reimbursement, subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Lubrico Warranty coverage.
